The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, and everyone associated with our operations is of paramount importance to all of us at Earthstone. We believe that it is our responsibility to employ best practices for safety procedures and provide a safe workplace, as well as strive to ensure that every one of our employees and contractors understands the importance of the role that each plays in maintaining a safe work environment. Through leadership and commitment to training, safety has become imbedded in our culture and is a critical component of our success. We are very pleased and proud that we had zero reportable work-related injuries in each of 2019 and 2020.

Contractors and vendors are held to the same high safety standards that we require of employees. As part of this mandate, we monitor these partners to make certain that proper procedures are maintained and that contractors comply with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
We conduct frequent training for all field personnel and regularly review the Earthstone Emergency Action Plan and Safety Manual.
