Health & Safety
The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, and everyone associated with our operations is of paramount importance to all of us at Earthstone. We believe that it is our responsibility to employ best practices for safety procedures and provide a safe workplace, as well as strive to ensure that every one of our employees and contractors understands the importance of the role that each plays in maintaining a safe work environment. Through leadership and commitment to training, safety has become imbedded in our culture and is a critical component of our success. Contractors and vendors are held to the same high safety standards that we require of employees. As part of this mandate, we monitor these partners to make certain that proper procedures are maintained and that contractors comply with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
In response to the emergence of COVID-19, we continue to monitor and take seriously the guidelines of health experts and are adhering to the highest possible standards issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as governments and regulators across our areas of operations. We have implemented a number of measures to safeguard the health of our employees, contractors and the community, while continuing to operate responsibly and maintaining the resiliency of the Company.
We conduct frequent training for all field personnel and regularly review the Earthstone Emergency Action Plan and Safety Manual.
